Renowned teachers and talented young musicians play together in the ensemble and a number of the young players have become recognised artists or masters of their instruments. Although the musicians generally spend only a short, but very intensive, time together, the Zukerman Chamber Players have given more than 110 concerts, made four outstanding CDs, they give regular concerts in cities across the United States, have toured in Europe, Armenia and South Africa, appeared in Israel, Russia, Turkey and China. In 2009 they performed in six cities in New Zealand.
