Brandt: Concerto in E flat major for trumpet and piano, op. 12
Liszt: Four concert études (Il lamento, Un sospiro, La leggierezza, Gnomenreige)
Hindemith: Sonata for trumpet and piano
Stanley Friedman: Solus - Fanfare

Enescu: Legend for trumpet and piano
Liszt: Sonetto 104 del Petrarca
Hidas: Fantasia for trumpet and piano

Virtuosity is not an end, merely a means. The work of Franz Liszt as composer and pianist provides the perfect example of this. Gergely Bogányi and Gábor Boldoczki have tried to follow this example in the programme they have chosen for their concert. Besides virtuoso chamber pieces for the modern trumpet - among others compositions by Brandt, Hindemith and Enescu - Bogányi is to play splendid concert études.  We can count on the inspired meeting of two wonderful artists.
