The Hungarian embassy has organised the festival to coincide with Hungary's presidency of the European Union, cultural attache Attila Szabo told MTI.
Ticket sales from Erdi's concert will be donated to the blind association of Macedonia, said Szabo. In cooperation with the Polish embassy, an exhibition will be held about the lives of Liszt and Chopin, renowned composers from Central Europe, he added.
New Hungarian films will be shown at the Kinotek of Skopje on three consecutive evenings and three Hungarian chefs will prepare specialities at the local Pelister restaurant during the festival.
